This beautifully landscaped and southwest-style home is equally comfortable for a solo traveler or a group, and it sits within walking distance of the community swimming pool. The property features dedicated in-house Wi-Fi internet to keep you connected throughout your stay. Casa Zur Heide is proudly managed by MySanFelipeVacation, the number one trusted source for all your San Felipe rental needs. The Space and Southwest-Style Layout The single-level home features a bright and spacious open floor plan decorated with custom furniture carved by local craftspeople. * Large Grand Room: The main living room offers plenty of modular seating to entertain your group, watch your favorite programs on American Dish satellite television, or listen to music. A beautifully tiled fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the room, while elegant French doors exit directly to the backyard patio. * Fully Equipped Kitchen: A large culinary space centered around a convenient kitchen island with bar stools. It comes fully stocked with all major appliances, cookware, and essential utensils needed for meal preparation. * Dining Area: Adjoining the kitchen, a formal dining space features a large glass-top dining table with comfortable seating for eight guests. Bedrooms and Accommodations The property features three large private bedrooms with roomy built-in closets, comfortably sleeping up to a strict maximum occupancy of six guests total. * Master Suite: A spacious retreat featuring a luxurious King-size bed, American satellite television, and a private seating area. However, a wide private driveway provides plenty of safe and secure parking directly in front of the house. Resort Amenities and Guest Privileges Staying here grants your group full access to El Dorado Ranch's premium community facilities, including beautifully maintained tennis courts, pickleball courts, private resort beach access, and nearby swimming pools. Important Resort Pass and Property Rules El Dorado Ranch strictly regulates entry and facility access, so please review these registration and property policies carefully prior to your arrival: * Maximum Occupancy: The maximum allowable occupancy is strictly enforced at a total of 6 guests. This count includes both adults and children. * Pool Pass Restrictions: This rental property comes with a maximum of 6 swimming pool passes. Children aged 12 and under do not require a pass to enter the facility gates. Please note that if a group of 6 adults registers to stay, exactly 6 adults will be permitted inside the pool enclosures. * Strict No-Pets Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited at this property. Please respect this policy to avoid resort violations and additional cleaning fees. * Two-Step Registration Process: The resort requires guests to pick up resort and facility passes in person. After completing your initial check-in and collecting your keys from our main office, you must make a quick secondary stop at the resort office to obtain your physical passes. * Late Arrivals and Pool Access: Regular hours for issuing passes at the resort office are daily between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM. If you arrive after 4:30 PM, we will still check you into the rental home as usual so you can unpack and relax. However, you will not be able to use the community swimming pool on your arrival evening because you won't have the physical passes. You can simply collect them from the resort office the following morning. Shared resort pools are open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Check-In Information and Fees Our standard check-in hours run until 8:00 PM. If your arrival falls after 8:00 PM, please note there is a strict 25 dollar extra fee for late check-in to accommodate after-hours staffing and arrival coordination. Monthly Rentals Long-term monthly rental discounts are available for extended seasonal stays. For all monthly rentals, please note that utilities are extra and billed separately based on actual guest consumption. To accommodate this, a utility security deposit is strictly required from all monthly renters upon arrival. Covered utilities include electricity, city water, high-speed internet, and propane gas. Other things to note The meeting point for this rental is the MySanFelipeVacation office. From here I will provide you with check-in instructions.
