Nestled on the shores of St. George's Harbour, our secluded one-bedroom waterfront cottage offers the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape by the water. Just 5 minutes from both LF Wade International Airport and the UNESCO World Heritage town of St. George's, you'll enjoy unmatched convenience without sacrificing tranquility. The space The highlight of KC Retreat is our beautiful private dock where you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee as the sun rises or wind down in the evening with a swizzle under the stars! Whether you want to sunbathe, swim or simply relax and watch the boats, turtles and fish, the dock is exclusively yours to enjoy. If you're feeling adventurous, take a paddleboard or kayak out and explore the surrounding coastline of Mullet Bay, Ferry Reach and St. George's Harbour. Beyond the dock, our three quarter acre property features enchanting relaxation areas with comfortable chairs thoughtfully placed, allowing you to soak in the serene waterfront and tranquil garden views from different vantage points. Inside, the cottage is designed for comfort and relaxation with a cozy living space, dining table with a view and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a couch and reclining chair looking onto a 50" TV with Sonos beam sound bar. The galley kitchen contains all the tools you need to prepare a meal. Fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave are available plus an electric kettle, drip coffee maker and toaster. The bedroom with bathroom ensuite invites restful sleep after your island adventures. Enjoy the newly added California king sized bed perfectly positioned to look out over the blue waters of Mullet Bay. Standing mirrored armoire and dresser round out the furnishings in this room. A full bathroom is attached with new sleek glass shower door and modern shower system. Guest access As a standalone cottage, you will have exclusive access to the house, grounds and dock during your stay. Other things to note Two paddleboards, two kayaks and two pushbikes (helmets and lock included) are stored on site for use. Recently installed three stage (sediment, carbon, UV light) whole house water filtration system.
