This cosy flat is located in the prestigious Salamanca neighbourhood. Distributed in a spacious living room that shares the room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, one with a single bed and a bathroom where you will find towels, gel and shampoo. The flat also has Wifi, air conditioning and heating. Perfect for people who come to visit Madrid or for business, prepared for the comfort of our guests. The space IMPORTANT: this is a first floor apartment, it is interior and not very bright. Features enjoyed by my guests: - You will be located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, the best place to find gastronomic restaurants and luxury shops! You will also be just minutes away from all the city's attractions. - Modern and fully equipped flat: You will enjoy a spacious flat with all the equipment you need for a perfect city break! - There is air conditioning in the flat. - Wifi, bed linen and towels and toiletry kits will be provided. Other features to note (Important): - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. Housing: You will appreciate the place for its central location and equipment. The flat can comfortably accommodate 3 people and is located on a ground floor, accessible by stairs. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: - A modern living space: a corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV and a dining area for 4 people. - A functional kitchen open to the living area: fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, washing machine, kitchen utensils. - A pleasant bedroom: double bed, storage spaces. - A functional bedroom: single bed, storage space. - A living room with sofa. - A clean bathroom: corner shower cubicle, washbasin, mirror, towel dryer, toilets. - If needed, I can provide a crib for your baby. But as it is an external service, it has an extra cost of 30 euros that must be paid upon arrival. Guest access Depending on your arrival time, we will provide you with the information to access the apartment (through a receptionist or an autocheckin), hence the importance of scheduling your arrival time with us, at least 3 days before your arrival. Other things to note Upon arrival at the apartment you will be greeted in person by a member of our team. Arrivals after 19:00h until 21:00h will incur a supplement of 20€ to be paid by the guest upon arrival. Arrivals after 21:00h until 00:00h will incur a supplement of 35€ to be paid by the guest on arrival. CHECK-IN UNTIL 00:00H GUARANTEED. Check AVAILABILITY OF CHECKIN after 00:00h. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of loss of keys or forgetfulness inside the apartment (150 € to be paid to the locksmith prior to the opening of the apartment). Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. Beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated when making the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment. Please take out the garbage every day, with special care in the summer months. There are garbage cans on the street for this purpose. Leave the house picked up before your departure. Failure to provide this will be grounds for cancellation of the booking.
