This is our main house with 3 bedrooms including 2 double beds. We are renovating this house and its garden little by little, so it is not perfect, but it feels good. Our girls will be happy to lend all their toys to our future little tenants. And our two nice cats will stay to keep you company. The space You will have a master bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed with bathroom, dressing room and elliptical bike. There are 2 other air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs including a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a shower room completely renovated this year. The living room is 46 m2. It is air-conditioned and contains 2 sofas, a TV, a small desk and a play area as well as a dining table for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar where 4 or 5 people can eat. The garden includes: - a large terrace with a summer kitchen including a large plancha, table and chairs as well as a summer lounge; - a dining area for 6 in the cool under a tree - a swing with 3 apparatuses - a swimming pool of 5.30 x 2.80 CAUTION: We always install the safety barrier around the pool if there are children in the rental. Other things to note Cats are completely autonomous with a kibble dispenser and a water fountain. They do not relieve themselves in the house, so there is no litter to change or anything else.
