Come cool of in the natural swimming pool that looks like an idyllic pond and has an aquatic garden to keep the water clean—no chlorine needed. Let the gentle pebbles massage your tired soles. Meander down to the lily pond and take in the scenery. Feed the hundred+ Koi fish who have called Garden House their home over the last 40 years. End your day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub, located on your own private deck, near to the Japanese Garden. This is best spot to enjoy the sunset over the hills. Make your own fruit salad from the 25+ fruit trees. Take in the sound of relaxing streams, soothing waterfalls, and unwind with the northern breeze with every step. You and your loved one will feel rejuvenated after this private reprieve. THE HOME Step into the main house, lovingly remodeled with chefs kitchen and family dinning space. Or enjoy your meals in the oversized patio deck while enjoying the gentle rush of the garden waterfall. THE KITCHEN The kitchen is overstocked with too many appliances to name. Just know if you need it, we have it. And if don’t have it, we can get it with enough notice. You may find upon departing that you may have tried and fallen in love with an appliance or two. Some of our past guest favorite discoveries have been the sou-vide machine, the nesspresso expresso maker, and lastly the Breville expresso barista just to name a few. Bedroom 1-Master: King size Tempur-pedic bed, en suite bathroom, standalone bath tub, rain shower, cooper sink, state-of-the-art smart bidet toilet, 4k smart Tv, direct access to patio for master bedroom, direct access to hot tub and pool overlooking the wine/beer garden. Bedroom 2-Guest: 1 Queen size Tempur-pedic bed, 1 converted closet bed (small twin) Smart Tv, access to hallway bathroom, rain shower, cooper sink, direct view of pool and beer/wine garden. Bedroom 3-Guest: 1 Queen size Tempur-pedic bed, 1 single bed (converted closet bed smal twin) , Smart Tv, access to hallway bathroom, stand-alone rain shower, cooper sink, direct view of pool and beer/wine garden. Bedroom 4-Guest (Separate Entrance Studio): 2 XL full, 1 inflatable XL twin mattress, Smart TV, remodeled full bathroom, wet bar and coffee station. Private outdoor patio. Please note that the property still functions to house a private collection of rare trees and shrubs. As such, we have staff and crew of typically 1-2 people who tend to the landscaping and ensure the proper function of the amenities guest enjoy IE hot tub, pool wine garden ect…… Guest access Access to all property with the exception of the work shed area, used for regular Nursery activities. Please note that this is a country property. Hence, if it looks, uncertain, guest should er on the side of caution. Other things to note Small intimate events with under 60 guest including children) people are welcomed with prearranged agreement with host. We allow up to 6 visitors for guest totaling a number of 20 guest before incurring an event fee. After 21 total persons. An event fee will charged. Tables and chairs, linens, decor, elegant table settings, music, heaters or fan and mist, catering, and everything in between can be prearranged with host. Cooperate retreat/Yoga Retreat includes, planned team building activities, Buffet Lunch and Snacks, two servers/host to help you serve food items and tend to guest. 9:30am-7:30pm 20 or less guest $1,745 20+ per guest fee of $75 Should party exceed the maximum capacity agreed, the event will be canceled without refund. Wedding flat rate price up to 100 guests. $3,100 (flat rate) for the day of wedding 6:30am-11:59pm ONE DAY fee.
