Elegant ground-floor ensuite in our tranquil family home, overlooking a peaceful lake of water hyacinths and jungle greenery. Guests consistently describe the bed as the softest they’ve slept in. The space Tucked in the quietest part of a peaceful village beside Central Chaengwattana, our home offers calm surroundings with excellent local access. Perfect for guests seeking a restful stay in a true family home. Conveniently located near: Central Chaengwattana, PIM/CP, Chaengwattana Hall, MRT Pink Line 15-minute walk, or a quick 3-minute motorbike taxi (฿20, readily available) World Medical Hospital 5 mins by Bolt/Grab IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Allow 15–30 mins depending on traffic Government Complex 15–30 mins depending on traffic Central Bangkok (e.g. Siam) 30–60 mins outside rush hour, or 50 mins by MRT/BTS Guest access The guest room is on the ground floor, offering near-private access as the owner and his daughter live on the upper floors. Entry is via a clean, welcoming hall, with the room located directly opposite the front door. Please note: Other areas of the home are private and reserved for family use. There is ample parking and convenient access. A single 15cm step leads into the property. The ensuite bathroom features two minor 2cm steps (in and out). There is 60cm clearance beside the bed, which can be increased to over 1 metre upon request. While we don’t advertise the property as fully wheelchair accessible, it may suit guests with limited mobility. The owner is familiar with accessibility needs and happy to discuss any requirements in advance — his lifelong friend uses a wheelchair and he has supported him through his transition. During your stay I’m available during normal hours if you need anything, and always reachable by phone in an emergency. We’re happy to offer help or local guidance while fully respecting your privacy. Happy to chat about the local area to get your stay off to a flying start. Other things to note Strict Cancellation Policy: We do not accept booking changes within 7 days of your scheduled arrival. As we offer only one guest room, late cancellations leave us unable to rebook. Travel Insurance Recommended: We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen events that may require cancellation. These are typically arranged in your home country. Food deliveries are very easy locally: Grab, LINEman and 7-Eleven all work well and will notify you as your rider approaches. For speed and accuracy, guests simply meet their delivery driver at the gate. We’re unable to receive deliveries on your behalf, as the rest of the home is private family space. Security Cameras: For safety and peace of mind, we have two cameras installed: Carport Camera – covers the front gate and main entrance (for guest and family security). Stairwell Camera – monitors access to private family areas only. No guest-accessible areas are recorded.
