This immaculately restored wine store sleeps two guests in a king size bed on a mezzanine floor with the option of a double sofa bed for up to two more guests ( pls let us know at time of booking if extra bed linen is required) The ground floor hosts a spacious kitchen/dining/ living area With full size fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer making your stay as convenient as possible. The living area has an extra large sofa with chaise, Smart TV and log burner (logs provided). The bathroom offers a large walk in shower, heated towel rail, generous wash basin with shaving/charging points and a touch activated lit mirror. The patio doors in the living area open out onto the very generous patio area with seating and table perfect for a relaxing evening. There is parking space immediately adjacent to the patio for your convenience. Guest access The Vineyard is found down a quiet country lane and private drive. Orchard Cottage has its own parking area and privacy. Lovely local footpaths lead from outside the cottage. Other things to note All bedding and towels are supplied. Please let us know at time of booking if the sofa bed is required. Absolutely no smoking in the property or on site. There is a very good natured dog at the property.
