Last minute decision to let out our 5 bedroom family home for the Fringe this year. It's main door and spans ground floor and basement - private garden with dining area BBQ and chimenea. There is also a kitchen with dining table, larder and utility room. A large dining room. A master en-suite shower room, large family bathroom with bath and shower and another WC. Large living room with wood burning stove. Ideally suited for 8 people but we could up it to 10 depending on requirements Other things to note 'Foot of the walk' Tram stop 30 seconds walk. This will get you into the thick of it of the fringe within 15 minutes and run all day and eve and through the night at weekends. 40 minutes from airport to the flat door to door too.
