Villa with pool and nearby beach

This house is our home, it is suitable for a family with 2 or 3 children. The neighborhood is very quiet, on a square without traffic. Villeneuve-les-Maguelones is a peaceful seaside village with many families. The beach is accessible by bike in 10 minutes and there are many activities nearby (treetop adventure course, water park, hiking to the Pic Saint-Loup or around the Lac du Salagou…). The space You will find everything you need, equipped kitchen, Delonghi coffee machine, TV with Netflix and Chrome Cast, air conditioning throughout the house, outdoor plancha and barbecue, books and games for children, heated pool (28°C), possibility of child safety gate, linens, shower and beach towels on request.
