Villa Alalänsi: The new, top-class Villa in Ylläs

Amazing, brand new detached Villa located in the Ylläs resort, which is one of the most popular and comprehensive holiday destinations in Finnish Lapland. The location of the Villa is one of the best in the area: The nearest ski lifts as well as xc ski and trekking routes are within the short walking distance. At the same time the location is very peaceful and beautiful. The Villa offers excellent opportunity for memorable holiday surrounded by a lot of activities and macigal Lapland nature! The space On the ground floor of the villa (surface area approx. 70 sq-m2) there are two bedrooms (the larger one has a double bed and the smaller one has two single beds), an airy living room-kitchen with a high ceiling, a spacious hallway with plenty of space for equipment, a bathroom/toilet with a laundry room and another separate toilet . The generous-sized loft (28 m2) has two separate sleeping areas, both of which have two beds. The loft is not full-height but suits well for sleeping place for adults. There are a total of 8 fixed beds, and in addition, there are two good additional mattresses in the loft. Highlights of the Villa: - Excellent location: The ski slopes/pistes are right next door. The distance to the nearest lift is about 400 m, and you can descend from the slope directly to the cottage's yard. Skiing and hiking trails can be accessed directly from the cottage's yard, and activities and an equipment rental shop can be found about a kilometer away. - The cottage is also very suitable for summer and autumn accommodation due to a very spacious covered terrace facing the afternoon sun, with a dining set and a gas grill for use by customers. - Good sleeping areas: Two bedrooms downstairs and two separate sleeping areas in the loft. The cabin has 8 fixed beds. In addition to this, the loft has two good additional mattresses. The beds, blankets and pillows are of high quality. - Airy and practical common spaces: Spacious living room-kitchen with a raised ceiling, a good-sized and stylish entrance hall, separate toilet and washroom/bathroom with toilet equipment. A beautiful Lappish forest landscape opens out of the living room windows. - Top-class equipment, which includes e.g. comprehensive crockery for 10 people + cooking utensils, air heat pump (cooling and heating), drying cabinet, washing machine, smart TV with Chromecast and smart lock. The cottage also has sledges and other activities for children. - Special mention for the atmospheric electrically heated sauna (access through the terrace of the washroom), which can accommodate 6-8 sauna users at once. - The property is well suited for families with children: There is a travel cot and a high chair in the cabin. The stairs to the loft are decent and there are baby gates at both ends of the stairs. - The apartment includes a carport and a 5m2 warm storage/ski maintenance room, which can also store bikes. A home charging station for an electric car can be used in the carport for an additional fee. The yard can accommodate several vehicles. In recent years, Ylläs has invested a lot in summer and autumn activities, including fantastic bike and hiking trails and the high-quality bike park found in the ski resort. In winter, of course, Finland's best skiing slopes and a comprehensive network of trails are available. The ski center offers a wide range of services, e.g. restaurants and bike/equipment rentals. It's a truly year-round outdoor enthusiast's dream destination. During high season weeks (Christmas, New Year, ski holiday weeks and Easter) we only rent whole weeks. At other times, shorter rental periods are also possible. The minimum rental period is 2 days. End cleaning and towels & linen are included into rent price as default. Ask the special offer if you wish to bring own towels&linen and/or do the end cleaning by yourself. Guest access The villa is completely in the use of the quest.
