We have a pool for you to dip your toes in after a long day exploring beautiful Bali. There is also a spacious rooftop balcony overlooking the rice fields for sunbathing or stargazing at night. Enjoy your stay in Bali! The space RICE FIELDS AND BEACHES For those looking for a getaway from the overcrowded and noisy downtown districts, then this place is perfect for you. We are located in a quiet neighborhood between Pantai Lima and Pererenan with just a step outside the property for a rice field view and only 15-minute walk to the beach; Pantai Lima. THE POOL & GARDEN The property has a small plunge pool surrounded by a lush garden for guests to relax and unwind. THE BEDROOM / BATHROOM The bedroom has a custom-made king-size bed (1,8x2m), with a view to the garden and pool. Accompanying the sides of the bed are handmade white marble stone side tables complimented by brass trinkets sitting atop their surface. It's illuminated by handmade seagrass pendant lights made in Bali by artisans. In the corner is a small palm plant in a beautiful white pot. Next to it is a beautifully made custom-made dresser for storage. There is a wardrobe in the corner of the room made of beige terrazzo with ample space for storage. The room itself is equipped with an air-conditioner. The entrance to the bathroom is a sliding door next to the wardrobe. It opens up to a beige herringbone floor leading to a light beige polish terrazzo shower with 2 shower heads overlooking a small lush garden. The sink is polished terrazzo with a herringbone backsplash lit by 2 pendant lights made from seagrass reflecting off a big mirror to remind you how beautiful you are. THE KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen is fully equipped with the essential tools you need to create that perfect meal for that special someone. In case you host some friends over for wine and dine, there is plates, cutlery, and glassware for up to 4 people. THE LIVING ROOM The living room has a very comfortable custom sofa. It's equipped with a smart TV so you won't have to worry about missing any of your favorite Netflix series. THE ROOFTOP Looking to work on your tan or just laze about under the sun, the rooftop is just the place. It has 2 bean bags with umbrellas overlooking the rice fields just across the property. In the evening time, it's the perfect place to stargaze. We follow Airbnb's five-step cleaning process, which is based on Airbnb's cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts. Guest access You will have the entire Villa to yourself. Other things to note The location is great for couples or solo travelers looking for a quiet getaway close to the beach. Distanced from all the bustling of tourists but conveniently located in reach of all the iconic locations. The beach is just 15 minutes walk and central Pererenan is about 10 minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. Echo beach is about a 20-minute walk from the beach. Seseh beach is just to the right of Pantai Lima. During your stay there is a possibility of viewings due to villa is for sale. Will be monitored by our staff and your privacy is our main goal.
