The space The ‘Midnight Train to Marfa’ is a Vintage 1948 Santa Fe Caboose nestled on two large lots facing fantastic ranch views and the romantic stir of the Railroad train. DINING/KITCHEN: Stocked kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dining for two, toaster and ample counter space. Cooking utensils and all essential kitchen amenities provided. Just bring your groceries and spirits. SLEEP: Queen size bed with outlets on either side for charging devices. Portable fan for anyone needing ‘white noise’ but you won’t need it for keeping cool as the Caboose is equipped with mini split for absolute comfort. BATH/SHOWER: Count the stars in the sky while soaking in large outdoor tub or enjoy a separate hot shower indoors. Separate toilet with small sink and mirror. THE SPACE: This train car is a unique space for everyone to enjoy! The space is small and privacy is limited when it comes to showering. It’s the real cowboy experience you might become quite smitten with. PARK: As always, free parking next to Caboose. Ample parking! EV CHARGING STATION: Level 2 EV charger near by so saddle up your electric ride and fill her up. OUTDOORS: Dine outdoors on the attached patio or lounge under the stars with seating for two. Original train car stove repurposed to enjoy fire pit crackling. WIFI: Super fast wifi speeds. Faster than a wild buckin' bronco... that's for sure! AIR: Brand new mini split ductless systems controlled by remote near bed. CLEAN: We take our cleaning seriously. We follow all sanitizing and disinfecting protocols for your absolute comfort. PETS: We do allow pets! We ask that mans best friend stay crated while you're out and about. There are doggy trash bags available with trash receptacle behind caboose patio. Appreciate it y'all! EDITORIAL / COMMERCIAL PHOTO & VIDEO All editorial and commercial photo and video shoots must be disclosed to the owner and property management team before or upon booking. Editorial and commercial video and photo shoots are considered separate from the actual booking. The team will discuss the project / project scope and work out a separate agreement.
