Cozy Gem! Beautiful One Bedroom Spanish Style Home

Our home was built in 1925 and has beautiful original hardwood flooring throughout, including the closet built-ins. Our home is located in Pueblo's Mesa Junction, which is a short walk to downtown. There are numerous shops and eateries in "The Junction" as well as Pueblo's main library. As mentioned, within walking distance is downtown and the Pueblo Riverwalk - just over the bridge that spans the Arkansas River! We are located in a very safe, tight-knit neighborhood. The space Our home is a straight shot: the front door (private entrance) enters into the cozy living room. The kitchen is next and has a full sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave. The kitchen is stocked with silverware, plates, pots, pans, cookie sheets, etc. There is also a second private entrance off the kitchen. The bedroom contains a closet with plenty of shelving and drawers, a secretary desk for your work needs, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub with a shower! Our home has an unfinished basement where the washer and dryer are located. There is plenty of room in the basement to store bikes, skis, etc. Parking is free on the street in front of, or on the side of, the Airbnb. Please note: There are two air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Guest access You will have access to the entire place during your stay. Being centrally located, it is extremely convenient to explore the wonderful City of Pueblo and nearby attractions. Other things to note Our home is close to St. Mary-Corwin Hospital, Parkview Medical Center, the Colorado State Fairgrounds, Lake Pueblo State Park(the most visited Park in Colorado), Pueblo Zoo, the Pueblo Mall, three golf courses, and much, much more! Royal Gorge with its historic train rides, beautiful scenery, and ziplining, the Winery at Holy Cross Abbey, the Great Sand Dunes, Monarch Ski Resort, and Cripple Creek with its casinos are within a short driving distance!
