The Old Nurseries Luxury Guest Suite

This beautiful, spacious and stylish space is hidden away in a lovely, village location, only 7 miles from the centre of Lincoln. The suite offers a fully equipped kitchen living area with a double sofa bed and patio doors overlooking the garden, separate bedroom with king 4 poster bed, storage & large shower room. There is a lovely public house serving food approx 5 mins walk, many accessible walks and very close to Lincoln for shops and beautiful Bailgate housing the cathedral and castle. The space There is access to a washing machine on request with a £5 charge and guests may also use the patio and BBQ area in the large garden. There is a cockerpoo, she is very friendly but does leave us the odd surprise occasionally so please be vigilant and please don’t allow children to wander the garden alone as there are garden works in progress - fences being replaced, loose bricks etc. It is a very old garden and our main focus has been to renovate the house! Guest access The guest suite, access to garden - children always supervised please. Other things to note Tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided as well as towels, bedding, shampoo conditioner and shower gel 🙂
