Inside: Ping pong, games, Netflix + chill.Outside: patio, fire pit, swing set + large yard. A short walk to small beach area for swim, Fishing, Kayak. Take bike on nature trail. Ice skate/fish, sled. Dogs $100 PER dog. The space Lots of fun + coziness awaits! A perfect getaway to hang with friends and family near the lake. Guest access All access (no basement access—unfinished). Visitors during stay for gatherings must be pre approved. Other things to note Across street from lake. Lake access via short walk to small beach. Boat launch nearby. Close to Volo. 20 min drive to Wilmot Mountain, Six Flags. Metra walking distance. Near Lovell Naval base. Swing set, wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, 2 kayaks, life vests on site for use. No smoking. No weapons/firearms allowed. No fireworks. Extra fee for 1 to 2 dog. $100 per dog per stay. No cats or other animals allowed. Fenced in yard. No more than 6 cars, parking limited. No parties or gatherings w/ additional visitors without prior approval.
