Have a relaxing beach getaway with family and friends with all the comforts of modern living at an intimate space that has easy access to a private beach. This spacious beachfront studio can easily fit 6 people comfortably while enjoying an updated kitchen as well as a quick walk to the beach and pool. The 54 sqm unit with balcony, provides a double bed with two small single pullouts, as well as a daybed with a small single pullout. The space High ceilinged and spacious, this studio unit has an ensuite bathroom along with one double bed with two small single pullout beds and one single daybed with a small single pullout. The unit can sleep six (6) people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware you would need to prepare simple meals for your family and loved ones. There is a paddleboard provided for your use. *** If you bring more than one car during your stay be aware that there will be a HOA fee of 300 pesos per car per night. You can only bring one extra car maximum for this unit. Guest access The beach and the condo pool are just a few minutes walk from the unit. You can enjoy the beach until sunset and the condo pool until 9 PM. You may also select to use the bigger pool and kiddie pool of Canyon Cove Hotel but you must pay their day tour fee. Klook day tour pass would be highly recommended for this. Parking is available right in front of the building but is on a first come first serve basis. The town is a five (5) minute drive away and consists of groceries, drug stores, and restaurants for all your needs during your stay. Other things to note The province of Batangas has very unreliable power and water providers. There may be a chance, especially during peak months, that you will experience power or water interruptions. Please note that this is beyond our control and that we provide the necessary backups (generator and stock water supply), if needed.
