This is a 15th floor 1 bedroom apt. steps from the beach with a spectacular beach front view from the balcony in Tower I. It has high speed internet, 2 Smart TV's, air conditioners, washer, dryer and fully loaded kitchen. It is 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marin Airport and Old San Juan. Additionally it is nearby from El Yunque Rainforest, and 2 min. from the "kioskos de Luquillo & Luquillo Beach". It accommodates 2 people with private parking for rental vehicle and 24/7 security. The space Our 1 bedroom apartment for two people has been just recently remodeled and it is exactly as the pictures that you see. It has been equipped with all the necessary items in the bedroom, living room and kitchen area as well as a washer and dryer. The balcony view of the beach is simply spectacular. The condo also has two pools and basketball courts that can be used at your leisure. There is a private back entrance to the beach with an outside shower to remove sand from yourself, beach chairs before entering lobby area. We also have a guarded entrance and an additional guard at the lobby to ensure the safety of the owners and guests as well as a parking area which provides 1 parking spot. The security guards will be expecting registered guests and will check you in when you arrive. Only people in registration form will be allowed in the property area. No additional guests will be allowed in the premises. The guard at the entrance will provide you with a parking permit to place on your dashboard at all times for the remainder of your stay to have access in and out of the property. The garbage is taken to the room on the left of the elevator on the 15th floor. Guest access The two pool areas and basketball courts are available for all guests as well as the parking facility area. There is a private entrance to the beach and guests have access to it with the key that will be provided. There is also an outdoor shower area to wash off the sand from your feet and beach items before entering the lobby area. Other things to note On the other side of the main street there is an Amigo supermarket, pharmacy, various fast food restaurants and 3 minutes from the condo they have the very popular kioskos and another Luquillo Beach (jetsking, kayaking...) as well as the Yunque Rainforest. You will also be 15 minutes away from the Fajardo Marina if you would like to take snorkeling tours at other islands such as Isla Icacos. You can go horseback riding or ride on ATV's in Carabali Rainforest park which is 10 minutes away. If you are adventerous there also is the Yunque Zipline for those who enjoy daring activities.
