The Gîte de la Vivetrie is an annex of our main house of 70 m2. Located in the heart of the South Charente countryside, 8 km from Barbezieux Saint Hilaire and close to the vineyards. Enjoy the tranquility of the premises in a 3000 m² property that is fully fenced and has no neighbors. From May to September enjoy our sun-exposed pool In addition, don't hesitate to book a relaxing moment directly at the cottage or by the pool with our masseuse. The space The cottage includes a large living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and bedroom with closet. Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and brazier. You can also enjoy the 3000 m2 garden. From May to October, enjoy the pool to relax We also offer as an extra: * Breakfast (between €8.50 and €9 on order) * Massages or treatments with our home masseuse (from €45) Guest access A covered parking space on the property is available (the first on the right as you arrive). No vehicles allowed in front of the cottage. The parking space includes a charging socket for electric vehicles. Charging an electric vehicle is charged at €12. Recharging a hybrid vehicle is charged at €8 Other things to note We ask guests to use the heating responsibly.
