Enjoy peace and beauty in our ocean view home just 5 minutes by car to the beach and 20 minutes from the airport. Relax in the private pool and watch outstanding sunsets from the terrace! The kitchen is well equipped. The supermarket and beachfront restaurants are just 12 minutes away. Discover Costa Rica, its volcanoes, beaches and living forests. Our place is quiet and secure and we are available to help you. Maybe you would like a yoga class? The space We built our home with a lot of love and we take care of it ourselves. It is inviting and well equipped with 20 Mega Wi-Fi. There is a nice garden and a large covered terrace that invites you to meditation early in the morning, to sip a great Costa Rican coffee or just to sit down, read or eat outside while admiring the ocean view and surrounding mountains. There is a nice breeze and lots of light. The pool is refreshing at any moment. There is an exterior shower and a hammock. You also have the privilege of using the huge Private Club pool with ocean infinite view. Monkeys sometime come in our backyard and parrots chatter during breakfast. There are two bedrooms at the first level and the second floor is closed during your stay to enjoy full privacy. It is possible to avoid any stairs coming to the first floor. Go for a walk into the project and admire the dry forest. You might see coatis, howler monkeys or white face monkeys and if you climb all the way to the top you will get a spectacular view of the peninsula! I am a qualified yoga instructor so you will be able to reserve your private class no matter if you are a beginner or intermediate level. We are available to help you to spend an incredible vacation! You need help or some advice? Whether it is for hikes, canopy, beach discovering, sailing fun cruise, diving, surfing, horseback riding and more! We will advise you on recommended and secure places at the best price possible. We love nature. We recycle and we compost. Guest access We are located in a residential project with a dead end and have a security service 24 hres. We offer 4 spaces for parking. The house is yours. We only have a few personal items in the upper shelves. We are strategically well located to access the beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, the airport and lots of interesting and popular activities in very reasonable laps of time. Our little paradise is quiet and lovely. You can take a walk in the project and might see some coatis, howler or white face monkeys and of course lots of birds and parrots. On top of the private pool, you have privilege use of the Private Club pool which is beautiful with infinite view of the ocean. This pool is not often busy because most of the owners have their own pools. There is a beach type entry that is perfect for small kids. You can bring your drinks and snacks and spend a nice day. There are bathrooms and lots of shade. You also have privilege use of the tennis court just one minute away from the house (bring your equipment) Other things to note Panama beach (5 minutes away by car) is very calm and without strong currents. Perfect for small kids! There are also other beaches around for all tastes. I am a certified Yoga instructor. You can reserve a private class (extra charge) on the terrace of your house. We speak French, English and Spanish.
