Each floor has a spacious bedroom with hot/cold air conditioning and a full bathroom. You can enjoy all the comforts and a large exclusive outdoor space, fenced, furnished and with a hot shower. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal, except for a small room where I keep the material for changes. For stays of at least 7 nights, you will have exclusive access to the laundry area, complete with a washer and dryer, to ensure even more comfort during your stay. Other things to note Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. BluNavy Discount: For my guests, a discount code is available for the BluNavy ferry, to make the trip even more convenient! Linen: Bed linen and towels are not provided. If you prefer not to bring it, I can offer you a rental service, available upon request in advance, at a cost of €25 per person (to be paid on site), regardless of the length of your stay. The sheets are non-iron. Check-in: Before check-in, I ask you to send me a photo of all guests' IDs via Airbnb chat, as I am required to register electronically with the Police Headquarters. Without a copy of the documents, check-in cannot be completed. Water heater: On the first floor, in the private room, there is a water heater. Sometimes it may emit a slight hum when heating the water. For your days at the beach: You will have an umbrella and beach chairs to enjoy the sea.
