However, if you need to go further the bus station and train station are nearby as well, if you prefer to drive this apartment also come with parking for your convenience. Other things to note The rental rate includes a $100 electricity allowance per month ($3.33 per day). To track usage, we take a photo of the electricity meter at check-in and another before check-out to calculate total consumption in kWh. If your electricity usage exceeds the $100 monthly allowance, you will be responsible for the additional cost. In this case, we will send a payment request via Airbnb for the excess amount. Cleaning services are available upon request. This is a non-smoking apartment. A $600 penalty will be charged for any smoking violations.
