The hairdryer is kept in the dressing table drawer in the bigger bedroom. if spare towels or other essentials are needed, they can be found in the cupboard upstairs. The location is great for a base to explore the northern lake district and the beautiful Eden Valley. Penrith itself is a busy little market town that hasn't lost its local feel. You are centrally located but tucked away, so no real traffic noise or such. it's a lovely littke apartment and can accommodate 3 people very easily. Guest access full private use of flat and shared use of patio. access is up a flight of outside steps. Great Wifi Other things to note Penrith is a great base for exploring the lake district and the Eden Valley and has lots to offer with local shops, bars and restaurants. it has a good bus service that travels all around the lakes and is on the main train line to London Euston in about 3 hours 30 mins. glasgow just over 1 hour. Carlisle is 30 mins away driving or 20 mins by train. There is a regular bus service to Carlisle also, with thr bus station 2 mins away. the train station is a 10 minute walk. The large black bin down the steps outside is for overflow rubbish.
