This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home sits along the Buttahatchee River in Hamilton, AL. 10 mins from downtown Hamilton, AL 19 mins from Bear Creek Canoe Run 22 mins from Natural Bridge Park 23 mins from Dismal Canyon The space River’s Edge is a very private 14 acre property that backs up to the Buttahatchee river. You will have approx 1 acre of private space with the guesthouse. The guesthouse is open concept living with kitchen area and a sunroom attached. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking necessities. Bedroom 1 is furnished with king bed, an attached bath, and large closet. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a queen bed, futon & has a small closet. Sunroom is furnished with twin daybed & trundle. Guest access This is a guest house nicely spaced from main house. We ask guest not stray to close to main house. There is plenty to explore surrounding the guesthouse. Other things to note Use Caution: Access to the river from the property is very steep and not recommend except for viewing. The house is located in a rural setting and wildlife could be present.
