The home sits on 100 feet of private waterfront on East Grand Traverse Bay, located just south of Elk Rapids. Built in 2019, this 4-bedroom/3-bath modern home has multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces, two gas fireplaces, a hot tub & more. This cozy setting is the perfect place to gather with family and friends, for couples' weekends and offseason working holidays. The space Situated on a private East Grand Traverse Bay beach, this home is perfect for getaways with family, friends or couples. Being a new build in 2019, it is absolutely pristine inside and out, and features all modern furnishings and appliances. The bedrooms all feature natural light and windows showing either Lake Michigan, or the forest, so it highlights the private, natural location. Additionally, each bedroom has direct access to a bathroom for added convenience. *Note, the fourth bedroom is a bonus room, above the attached garage, and is attached to the rest of the house via an interior stairway. There is no door to the bonus room itself. The living spaces are equipped with plenty of comfortable seating options and the kitchen is fully equipped and is perfect for cooking, hosting family, or relaxing over morning coffee. There is also a covered sitting room with direct access to the patio/beach area, which is perfect for morning coffee, meditation or reading your favorite book. Finally, the exterior features a beautiful covered patio, a hot tub area, fire pit, 100 feet of sandy beach frontage and a dock. Please note: the owners’ boat and jet skis are not to be accessed by our guests. Guests are welcome to walk out on and sit on the dock. We do not allow guests’ watercraft of any kind to be tied to the dock. The waters are shallow and there are large rocks which can damage boats/propellers. Boat rentals are available at the nearby Elk Lake Marina for use on Elk Lake. Guest access Everything on the property will be accessible to you except the basement and watercraft. Additionally, one parking space in the garage will be utilized by the owner's car. Other things to note The owners may access their watercraft, however, they will notify guests in advance of their arrival and will be respectful of privacy. There is a noise monitoring system in the home; it only detects motion, decibels (noise), humidity, and temperature. There are security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the home, but there are no recording devices inside the home; guest privacy and safety is of the utmost concern. Please note, the driveway is shared between us and the adjacent house; please do not block it so that the guests next door have ease of access to their property.
