Better than a hotel, this home is a Brand New Toll Brothers Prescott Tuscan model which was the most expensive home model in this subdivision. It an almost 5000 sqft home with all the modern amenities anyone would want for their stay. It is professionally cleaned and features top grade hardwood floors both upstairs and downstairs. The designer landscaped backyard will be completed in a few months. The space This Large private room has a Nice Big Smart TV with Comcast Chanels also. There is a very nice sized work desk with an ergonomically designed chair. The New Green Tea Memory Foam Queen bed is a Joy to sleep in. Just the right amount of firmness (not like some of the Hotels where its too soft). The bathroom is shared with 1 other guest but there is another 1/2 bath (meaning toilet) downstairs. Guest access Guests can use any part of the house except other guests rooms. There is a second fridge, Oven and Microwave in the Garage also for use. During your stay I do not live at this property but do stop by occasionally and love to meet each guest personally if possible. Other things to note The cleaning charge is for guests to receive a clean room upon arrival. Also bedding will be all washed and cleaned, but throughout the stay guests will be washing as they need. The common area will be cleaned every two weeks and if guests need extra cleaning they can use their own supplies. One set of clean towels will be given and washed as guests need. Cell phone service is not very well in the hills. (Verizon & T-Mobile are the best) Single occupancy; any additional guest will have to be approved. The charge will be $35 per person per night. Animals are not allowed (including service animals) due to permanent guests who have severe allergies. Toilet paper and paper towels will not be provided for any stays longer than 5 days.
