Private room & entrance with backyard near DTLA

Enjoy our quiet and serene guest suite tucked away in a beautiful historical residential neighborhood in the heart of LA. Minutes from DTLA, Beverly Hills or Sofi Stadium with easy access to Santa Monica and the rest of the city by train or bus. Enjoy breakfast in the garden patio before heading out to experience all this city has to offer, have a work session at our workstation or enjoy a Yoga class in the backyard! We have two indoor/outdoor cats who probably will greet you in the backyard. The space With a private entrance, enjoy access to beautiful garden with many fruit trees, and the charm of a Spanish revival home. The home is in a very quiet part of central LA. My husband, son and I have busy schedules but we are at home at times. We also have two sweet indoor/outdoor cats. Guest access Guests have access to bedroom, private bathroom, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, basic utensils, internet, back yard.... Other things to note Check in can happen with lockbox upon request. We always prefer to meet our guests at check in, if schedule allows.
