Sit back and relax at this peaceful Lake Erie waterfront home in Hanford Bay. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and enjoy your own personal beach! A short walk to Sunset Bay and some of the best beaches in upstate NY. This home is a hidden gem in a quiet community. You'll have direct waterfront and beach access and a spacious patio to enjoy. The space Full kitchen, living room, mini-bar and full bathroom downstairs. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. A master with a king sized bed, and a loft bedroom with 2 full over full bunk beds. You have to walk through the loft bedroom to get to the master. There is a also a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. There is a deck upstairs, accessible both from the master and loft bedroom, which offers amazing sunrise and sunset views! Huge patio offering a view of Hanford and Sunset Bay. Direct access to the beach directly from the patio! Guest access The entire house! Other things to note We have a strict no-pet policy and will not consider pets at this time. No parties, as this is a quiet community with permanent summer residents on both sides. Parking is very limited - we only have 2 spots available, and all easements to neighboring properties must be kept clear at all times.  Only 2 vehicles MAX are permitted. Visitors are not able to park on the property if both parking spots are occupied.   There is a manual in the house with a clear picture of our 2 parking spots.  There will be a penalty of $500 if there are any more than 2 vehicles parked on the property at any point during your stay and you will still be required to remove the vehicle. We have instructed all of our surrounding neighbors to notify us if there are more than 2 vehicles at the property, or if anyone staying at our property is parked in any of their spaces. There is a grill at the house to use, but propane is not guaranteed to be full. There are two tanks at the house. Hanford Bay is a private beach. Guests are to stay on the beach in front of the house and not in front of other neighbors' houses. People are free to walk up and down the beach. Linens and towels provided. Please bring beach towels. July-August: Saturday - Saturday (weekly rentals only)
