**3 night minimum Friday, Saturday and Sunday August-December** The farmhouse on Wildflower Farms is just a hop and skip away from Bulloch County Agricultural Center and GSU Campus! On the outskirts of Statesboro, you can enjoy the peacefulness of a small town and still be only a few minutes away from plenty of restaurants, shops and fun activities. Wildflower Farms provides the perfect stay for game weekends, rodeos, or your family vacation. The space This newly renovated farmhouse is located on Wildflower Farms just outside of Statesboro,Ga. It is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all basic appliances (Gas stove, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, toaster, blender, & Keurig). Utensils, dishes, pots & pans are provided. We provide coffee with creamer and sugar, along with basic spices. If you would like to use your own coffee, you can use Kcups or coffee grounds with the Keurig. The living room TV has full access to Sling TV and all bedroom TVs have Rokus. If you have personal accounts with services such as Netflix, or Hulu you are welcome to use those using the Rokus. High speed Wi-Fi is provided. The farmhouse offers 4 bedrooms, 2 King memory foam beds and 2 Queen memory foam beds. The 2 King bedrooms both have private bathrooms, one with a shower/tub and one with a regular shower. These 2 rooms have wood blinds for privacy, but as there are no curtains, we recommend an eye mask for those who prefer to sleep in total darkness. The 2 Queen rooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. These 2 rooms have blackout curtains. Towels and linens are provided for your stay, along with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, etc. are provided. A washer & dryer are located inside the house. In the upstairs loft is a game room perfect for your poker night, family charades, or a place to read a good book. We have provided a variety of board games, card games, a “mini fun table” (miniature pool, table hockey, and foosball) and books for all ages. The patio/backyard has 3 loveseats placed around a gas fire pit, cornhole boards and plenty of room for outdoor games. This area is perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. 8 guests are allowed. Day guests must be approved by the host. Guests are allowed to park four cars on the property. Check in is easy and convenient with a keypad on the door, so there is no hassle with having to meet anyone or keeping up with keys. We have tried to include everything we could think of to make your stay the best it can be. Guest access The guests will have full access to the house, yard, and carport. Guest do not have access to any fenced in area, the barn, or garage/shop.
