The space • Master Bedroom: Brand new king bed with large adjoining bathroom suite • Bedroom #2: Brand new queen bed • Living Room: Brand new queen sleeper sofa Amenities include: • Full sized washer and dryer • Wifi • Central air and heating system • Two large smart TVs for the perfect movie night • Paddle boards and kayaks (must sign a waiver) • A large firepit • A hammock for reading • A Kurig Coffee Maker • A full sized and fully equipped kitchen • A private BBQ • A fireplace • A propane fire column on deck • Free parking for two cars • Large rig space available for extra fee • Launch for kayaks and canoes (no motorized boats or jet skis allowed) • Public Boat Launch only minutes away at the Willow Bay Resort as well as the Lake Spokane camp ground (no dock available to park a boat at this location) • Nearest Airports: Spokane International Airport (~20 miles away) ~Please note that this location does have a strong wifi signal but there is only limited cell phone service in the area. Host has landline for emergency use only. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the entire guest house and deck, shared back lawn and docks. Guest cannot access the garages, the garden or upper field, all boats, main house and main house deck! Other things to note NO CLEANING FEE! Additional fee of $50 per night for RV parking. $30/ extra guests allowed Additional $250 refundable cleaning fee for guest with dogs. NO CATS ALLOWED. Refund is at the discretion of owner.
