Our rural cottage de Wender in Saxon style was realized in 2022 and equipped with every comfort. The house is on the ground floor and is located on an agricultural farm. The kitchen is modern. The bathroom can be reached through the bedroom. Towels are included. The toilet is separate. Furthermore, you can enjoy nature outside on the private terrace. The terrace has a garden set and an awning. Bikes can be stored (charged) in a private covered bicycle shed. The space Our vacation home de Wender is conveniently located in the beautiful wooded Twente. Nearby you can enjoy cycling and hiking. Within cycling distance is the town of Delden (7 km), known for the Twickel estate. Characteristic are the beautiful castle, the historic farms and the gardens of Twickel that are open to the public. Diepenheim (10 km) is also worth a visit. The six-castle route takes you, while cycling, past all the castles of this artistic village. The area also offers plenty of choice for hikers. For example, you can choose to hike at the Reggedal nature reserve near Enter. The Umfassungsweg (11 km) near Twickel is a varied route with a boardwalk. If you want to drive a little further, places like the picturesque Ootmarsum (26 km) and the Hanseatic cities of Zutphen (37 km) and Deventer (38 km) are definitely worth it.
