Want to discover Auvergne, our cottage is ideally located. It is close to Puy-de-Dôme (15 km) and many tourist, cultural and natural sites. If you want rest and nature, our spacious gîte offers you a quiet and soothing environment. In summer and winter, you will enjoy the many riches of our region. After your beautiful hikes on foot or by bike, you will appreciate all the comforts of our cottage. Also, all shops and services are 3 km away. The space Upon arrival, you will have a covered garage and a lockable bike room, right next to the entrance. On the ground floor, you will find a furnished entrance; a fully equipped kitchen open to a living room composed of a table with 6 chairs, 2 armchairs and 1 sofa; 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160-200) and 1 shower room with toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (160-200) and one with 2 single beds (90-190) as well as a bathroom with toilet. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with 1 table, 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and 1 charcoal barbecue. The terrace overlooks a vast green plot. Three column fans are available in the accommodation. Bathroom linen (1 glove, 1 large and 1 small towel per person + 1 bath mat) and bed linen are provided. The beds will be made before you arrive. On request, we can provide baby equipment (baby bed, foldable bathtub, highchair). Children's dishes and a toilet pot are permanently available. You will find basic necessities (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar) coffee filters as well as dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and hand soap. Guest access The entire home is accessible to guests. Other things to note The vacation rental does not yet have a washing machine, but you have access to a laundromat 3 km away. And in the cottage you will have at your disposal a basin, laundry, a drying rack and clothes pins, to allow you to do small laundry by hand if necessary. We do not charge an additional cleaning fee on top of the taxes already paid to Airbnb, so we ask our guests to leave the cottage clean when they leave, you will find everything you need for cleaning on site. We would like to point out that the vacation rental is equipped with a septic tank and that it is therefore imperative not to throw anything into the toilet, except toilet paper.
