Combe Blanche 2 is a ground floor apartment, facing the mountains, notably the Etale massif, in a green (or snowy) and calm setting. It has a bedroom (1 double bed) and a living room with a sofa bed (excellent bedding). An east-facing terrace will offer you a magnificent view of the Étale. Ski bus and ski locker The space The apartment is very pleasant, quiet and overlooks the ski and hiking slopes. The bedroom consists of a double bed with drawer and bedside table. It has a large custom-made closet with a wardrobe area at the entrance. The living room has a very comfortable sofa bed (high quality mattress) with cushions. A flat screen TV with Netflix. A living room table, 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, 2 electric hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle, two coffee machines, plancha, raclette and fondue set, complete dishes for 6. The bathroom features an Italian shower, mirror, vanity unit and towel dryer. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. You have a wooden terrace (with 2 deckchairs in summer) and a locked ski locker. Guest access The village is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You will find: the ESF (Manigod ski school), an excellent bakery (fresh bread, all types of cereals and flours), milk, cheeses from the surrounding farms, jams, milk and eggs. There is also a grocery store that sells raclette trays (excellent!) and very good deli, alcohol, jams, digestives, and a grocery corner for repairs, 2 restaurants and a ski, snowboard, bike, electric bike rental store, etc... and an outdoor swimming pool open in summer with magnificent views of the mountains. Access to the center of the village of La Clusaz in less than 10 minutes by car (you will find: restaurants, bars, nightclub, bowling, supermarket, gas station, bakery, grocery store, deli and cheese shop) Access to Lake Annecy in 35 minutes by car, perfect for summer to mix mountain and swimming.
