Welcome to our family home where you’ll be greeted by our Dog called Sunny and our Cat called Lila. It is relatively easy getting into London: it is a 10-15 mins bus journey to Morden Tube Station with the bus stop just being a 5 mins walk away. The space Furnished and spacious room with lots of storage in the loft area. The room has a double bed (sleeps two), HD TV, built-in wardrobe space, mini fridge, fan and kettle with tea/coffee. The room also has an en-suite bathroom. The room also has a desk and chair, and would be perfect as a working space. Kitchen is equipped with 4 burner gas top with an extractor fan and gas oven, fridge/freezer, washer and a microwave. Living spaces are shared. There is a lovely garden area outside with table and benches for you to enjoy, ideal for a morning coffee. Basic breakfast is provided in the Kitchen. Fridge, muesli, toaster, kettle, water, tea and coffee and milk are provided for you to help yourself. Unlimited WiFi coverage. Guest access There is on-street parking which is free majority of the time, otherwise if not you can park on any of the surrounding streets. Guest will have access to all living areas and cooking facilities. You may use the kitchen to prepare and make meals. Your bedroom and bathroom are private. Washing machine is available for guests staying 2 nights or longer (washing powder located). Other things to note If you are travelling with children, please ask before booking, as the loft bed is not suitable for small children. We have a dog and a cat so if you’re not a fan or fearful/allergies of pets, I would strongly recommend not booking!
