Hanlon Guest House is a lovely big old heritage home tastefully furnished to complement its coastal location by the spectacular Godfrey’s Beach at the foot of the Stanley Nut. Ground floor with king size bed and lounge seating. The private bathroom is accessed via the shared guest laundry and has a large single spa bath (we supply lovely fluffy robes and slippers). Features a pod coffee machine, T2 teas, mini bar, free WiFi, soft seating, fluffy robes, quality toiletries. The space We are conveniently located just around the corner from Stanley’s charming historical main street where you’ll find a selection of shops, eateries, galleries, The Angel’s Share whiskey room and the famous Stanley Hotel. An easy short walk in the other direction leads to the stunning Godfrey’s Beach and the Stanley Nut Reserve - home to a chairlift, thousands of mutton birds and hundreds of penguins and wallabies. Guest access We have a comfortable guest lounge that’s great for socializing with other guests and has a selection of fine whiskeys, gins and port along with a range of beers, wines and nibbles available with honesty self payment.
