A stunning, fully renovated 1900's cottage in the heart of Tatura. This cosy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom heritage home located one street back from the main street in a quiet location. A few minutes stroll and you are at the supermarket, bakeries and coffee shops in the middle of town. We are pet friendly but please run it by us when you send a request to book, to make sure it suitable for your pet. The space Lovingly renovated to preserve the original features like the original floors and ceilings and the restoration of the Fireplaces ( they are not for use). The rooms are large and roomy but warm with each room fitted with a aircon.. The main bedroom has a roomy ensuite. The main bathroom has double sinks, and a large bathtub for relaxing in. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances including an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave and full size fridge. The table and bench area seat 6. The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and iron. There is a small clothes line. The back patio has a small table add chairs to enjoy a coffee at in the sun. The yard is large and secure. Guest access Whole house Other things to note The driveway is shared and it’s preferable that guests don’t park in it. There is ample street parking in front of the house.
