Hello and welcome to O Terres Contées: We welcome you to a natural space! Simplicity, nature, kindness are the pillars of our place. Please READ THE DESCRIPTION OF YOUR RENTAL CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING (below)* By passing the Les Terres Contées gate, you enter our living space. In this place, you are responsible for your intentions and actions. All forms of malice and disrespect are not accepted and supported here. The space Your nature space is attached to our house, it has a dry toilet that I come to change once a week. You will find all the comforts of a small house. You access O Terres told by a sloping path via the common gate. There are some stairs to the place. Your room is under the roof with a slightly steep stair ladder access. Les terres contées is a small cocoon for nature lovers :) Our cottage is a small cozy nest that invites you to recharge and reconnect with nature. As soon as you book your rental, you agree to read: * Space is Non Smoking. * No pets are allowed. * The toilet is dry ( I come to change it once a week.) * You may see us during your stay. * Theremay be one to two noisy evenings during the summer (camping nearby but the place remains relatively very quiet! ) * Linens and towels are NOT PROVIDED * a bathroom kit option is offered (2 small towels + 2 large towels, 2 washcloths + bed sheets for €20 to be paid directly upon arrival). * Cleaning; cleaning is included in the price however we ask guests out of respect to clean your rental before your departure and to do the minimum required: take out your garbage, put away your dishes, remove the sheets. * By booking with us you agree to abide by our accommodation terms and conditions. Info: In summer there are mosquitoes, we advise you to provide repellents and we provide you with a mosquito net. *** The little gems in addition to coming O Terres Contées: *** Enjoy your own private terrace with deckchairs. A small library is available as well as a guitar:). Enjoy the different walks nearby, conveniently located 15 minutes from Aubenas, 10 minutes from Jaujac (by car). The Nature rental is both secluded in nature and close to beautiful Ardèche villages and all the local shops. Swimming in the Ardèche River that flows just down the road. Spend a holiday in the countryside and discover our organic vegetables if you wish. Relax in a natural setting between stones, hills, and river. We look forward to welcoming you, dear guests!
