It is very easy to park due to the large parking lot that is located in front of the house and that will allow you to move to Cádiz (10 minutes), Puerto de Santa María (15 minutes) or Conil (30 minutes) with ease. The space The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of them with a double bed and the other two with a large single bed (105cm wide). It is a 3rd floor without an elevator (4th floor, the ground floor is the 1st floor) renovated, with parquet, and with views of the sea and the beach from the living room and from 3 exterior rooms. It is very bright, as the entire apartment faces south. It is also very cool as it is a high floor and so close to the sea, there is always a breeze. All rooms have a fan (NO A/C). The living room DOES have A/C. It has a very spacious living room with a chaise longue area and a TV equipped with Amazon Prime. All bedrooms and bathroom have interior lock. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has an electric water heater, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a ceramic stovetop with non-stick pots and pans, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer, a glass blender, a coffee maker, a kettle, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The host provides towels of different sizes, bedding, and blankets. Other things to note The house is in a simple and very central neighborhood. The apartment is renovated. The building/community is humble, with elderly and working people living there. It's very close to good bars and restaurants. The beach is located opposite, across the parking lot. It is a beach recommended for families with children, as there are never waves and it is shallow. In addition, the location is perfect for traveling to any of the famous beaches of Cadiz province: Cortadura, El Palmar, Calas de Roche, Puerto de Santa María and many others, since Puerto Real is located in the center of the bay of Cadiz, which makes it a good point from which to explore the different coastal cities of the province. If you don't want to use the car, the train station is about 7 minutes away, with trains heading to Jerez, Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, and San Fernando every few minutes. In the town square, a few minutes walk away, there are various musical events, food trucks, etc. Puerto Real is not known for its atmosphere, but it is cheaper and is the center of the entire Bay of Cadiz.
