The space This is a very cozy and intimate home, just under 1,000 square ft. Perfect for a couple, two couples or small family. It cannot accommodate anymore than four. Kitchen is fully stocked, gas grill on the patio. Please no smoking, no parties and due to the original oak flooring, no pets. Three window units in total, more than enough for this small home. We welcome longer 30/60/90 day stays! Guest access The entire house is yours for your stay! Keycode will be provided prior to your arrival. Washer & dryer are located in the garage and available for your use during your stay. Again, our maximum capacity is four guests, with no exceptions. The home is small and cozy and our table only seats four. Other things to note Do not touch or alter wifi in any way! Upon departure please make sure you check carefully that you have not forgotten anything. Forgotten items can only be shipped via UPS and at your expense. After 30 days we will donate the item to charity.
