This condo has everything you need for a local stay, from private beach parking, a waterfront deck, to beach towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Peoplewatching is spectacular on the bayfront deck, enjoy the sunset with a cold cocktail or a brewed coffee in hand. Truly one of the best values in Pacific Beach. Guest access This sun-deck area is right outside the front door of the unit and down the stairs to the left… During your stay Hello folks, it’s me Sandy the property owner.
