Guest house in Eugene

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you. The space We are located in a wooded area, which means we occasionally experience insects and other pests associated with forests. Deer may also be present on the property. We are not connected to city utilities and rely solely on electricity, but power outages rarely occur. We have partial generators for the main house and the guesthouse; however, in the event of a power loss, electricity, hot water, and lighting may be severely limited. We cannot be held responsible for issues beyond our control. Guest access You will have access to the guest house at any time and may come and go at your convenience. Please note that we have four dogs, and there can be a lot of activity late at night, which may wake them and others. Please also observe the designated parking area for all vehicles. However, we ask that you follow these procedures to ensure harmony on the property. Our Resident Labradors We have four Labradors living on the property. This is their home, and they are part of our family. We Are Breeders At times, we may have puppies on-site. Their safety and well-being are very important to us. Respect Our Dogs’ Space Our Labradors can become stressed if other animals approach doors, bark at them, or taunt them. Please help us keep things calm. Notify Us Before Bringing Pets Outdoors If you plan to take your pet outside, please let us know first. This allows us to ensure our dogs do not come into contact with yours—especially when we have puppies. For those who are staying with us for longer stays, we may need to arrange times when your pets are outside. Leash Awareness We understand your pet may be on a leash. However, dog behavior studies show that when one dog is leashed and another is not, it can create tension for the unleashed dog. We want to avoid this situation whenever possible.
