Welcome to the Joplin Art House! The Joplin Art House features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living area, & equipped kitchen. The house is decorated with purchasable art from local artists. You may bring your pets! We provide general supplies to give your pets a comfortable stay as well. The Joplin Art House is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within 2 miles of restaurants, shopping, I-44 & schools. I try my best to be flexible & provide my guests with the best experience possible! The space The space is on a corner lot with a detached garage/efficiency apartment. (The efficiency is not a part of the Airbnb) The home has the majority of .3 acre yard overlooking an open grassy field. If one is lucky you can see deer playing in the grassy field. The home has a kitchen/living space combined, with an adjoining hallway to the bathroom which is in between the two bedrooms. The bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The art house boasts a wonderful art collection for you to enjoy. We ask that you preserve the art and the experience and not smoke in the The Joplin Art House. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire house & yard. There is a separate occupied efficiency on the property with a fence separating the yards. Guests will have about .3 acres of private yard space to enjoy! Other things to note There is an in ground tornado shelter on the property. This is a smoke free home.
