100% nature stay in our charming house

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, in the heart of a quiet village near the Mayenne and its towpath. 1 hour from Mont Saint-Michel and the seaside towns of Saint-Malo, Dinard. Laval nearby with its castle, Jublains and its Roman baths. Comfortable house (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.) and its tubular pool. 2 companion cats living outside in summer!An organic vegetable garden that you can enjoy and fresh eggs from our chickens! The space House built in 2006, all comforts (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated floor throughout the house), with pretty garden, tubular pool (4 m x 2 m x 0.85 m), swing and badminton net (and its rackets). A vegetable garden is at your disposal for certain vegetables as well as the eggs of our hens, please consume in moderation so that there is enough for everyone and for us on our return.😉😊 We have 2 lovely independent cats for which we will ask you to kindly feed them as well as the hens once a day (if it is possible otherwise our neighbors will do it!😉😊). They (our neighbors) are very nice and available when needed! The key will be placed in a key box. We only want to rent from Saturday to Saturday because our property is only available during our summer vacation period. I can't accept a reservation outside of this time slot. We ask that the garden in its entirety be watered according to the weather (at this time it is often every day😉😊) but our neighbors can do it too, just have to let them know a time slot. This is essential for vegetables to produce and flowers to survive if it is hot and everyone can enjoy it, it's important😊😊 Guest access large parking lot for the vehicle Other things to note - Bed sizes: 160 x 200 for the master bedroom, 160 x 200 for the 3 children's bedrooms upstairs (modular in 2 x 80 x 200). - WIFI with an Orange box: high-performance ADSL connection (100 Mb). - Weber BBQ available. - Do not use tinted sunscreen for children. It's not compatible with the pool filter. - The land is surrounded by meadows. Sometimes the cows are very close. Even if it's fun for the kids, please don't break branches from our trees to give them. For check-out, the schedule is 11 a.m.😊 so that the housekeeper can come. I can provide sheets, duvet cover and towels as needed, €15 per room will be requested.
