The 2-slip boathouse includes an upper-level kitchenette with a sink, mini-fridge, wine fridge, and portable electric burner, providing easy access to snacks and drinks throughout the day. Perfect swimming conditions with a sandy walk-in at the beach and deep water at the end of the dock.
