At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is easy to access, and very well located to access everywhere quickly. Thonon-les-Bains and its surroundings offer many activities between lake and mountain. The main beaches are all 15 minutes away and the ski slopes between 30 minutes (Bernex, Hirmentaz, La Grande Terche, Abondance...) and 45 minutes for the Portes du Soleil. The space The house offers all the space you need to fully enjoy your vacation thanks to a beautiful 60 m2 living room open to a large terrace and a pleasant garden with trees and flowers. The 4 large bedrooms between 13 and 18 m2 will provide the expected comfort for each traveler. Depending on the number of people, rooms can be closed.
