Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious living space including a comfortable sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, perfect for family or friends gatherings. You will have access to a private terrace including outdoor dining area,overlooking amazing views of Villa Bologna and only a few minutes away from San Anton Gardens! Wifi and Ac Included throughout the stay! The space All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, large coffee table and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal ! - AC is also available in the living area for maximum comfort. Access to private and LARGE TERRACE with outdoor furniture and beautiful VIEWS - Also San Anton Garden and coffee shops/restaurants within walking distance. Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boosts an oven and an electric hub. - The kitchen is equipped for both long and short term rentals ! Bedrooms| 2 Bedroom APT with 1 king sized bed and the other 1 with 2 single bed. Super comfy SOFA. NOTE: For over and above 4 guests, the fifth guest can use the sofa, or we can provide an additional folding bed. Bathrooms| 2 beautiful bathrooms. All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi! Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. NOTE FOR LONG TERM TENANTS: This apartment comes with all necessary amenities including a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, free WiFi, hair dryer, iron and iron board. Linen, quilts, blankets and bath towels are also provided. Guest access 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Other things to note Very important notes before booking: 1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property. 2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. 3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected. 4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date. 5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored. 6. What is included in the apartment. - Shower gel - Plate liquid soap - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage. - Garbage bags - Linens for the bed - 2 Towels per person 7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest. 8. NO PETS ALLOWED. 9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly. 10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
