Tiny House 'Jolie'

Our tiny house 'Jolie' was a former horse stable. We converted these into a studio in 2021-2022 and have been ready to welcome you since August 2022! The city of Leiden, Katwijk beach and Valkenburg lake can easily be discovered by bike. It is possible to borrow a bicycle from us. In the studio there is a book with all kinds of tips about the area. You can always ask us for more information. The space "Jolie" is a studio of about 20m2. It includes a small 140 cm bed, a private kitchen, a private bathroom, a small sitting area and a veranda with sofa. The shower has a narrow passage. Guest access The garden is used by the owners. The veranda is for guest use. Other things to note We do not provide breakfast. You can do your shopping within 5 minutes cycling distance. Our cats walk in the garden and love attention. We are close to the highway and industrial area. We are neighbors of a car wrecking yard. This can sometimes cause noise during the day. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking weed is prohibited.
