Mary 1 bedroom with two single beds, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, small desk with comfortable chair and shared bathroom in a guest house, located right in the heart of the wonderful city of Lagos. The space The apartment has 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and 1 double bedroom with an external private bathroom. Guests share a kitchen equipped with basic utensils, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, bag coffee machine, toaster, magic wand and washing machine. Guests also share the living room with a dining table, a lounge with cable TV and Wi-Fi internet, board games and reading books, and a balcony with a table and chairs to have breakfast in the sun. Guest access Guests have access only to the Mary 1 Room, shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and shared balcony. Guests have access to the apartment via an elevator and wide stairs. Other things to note The apartment is located in a very central area about 500 meters from a free parking lot and another covered one (paid). 10 meters from the door of the building, you will find an excellent pizzeria (Peperino), and an excellent snack bar (Sweet & Tempation), where you can have a delicious breakfast, light meals or a tasty pizza, on a terrace with a sun hat or under the trees that let in pleasant rays of sunshine! A few meters away there is a wide variety of shops, mini-markets and restaurants and bars that are open until 2 a.m. during the summer, which can cause some discomfort to people more sensitive to noise. The beaches are a 5/10-minute walk away (Praia da Batata, Meia Praia, Praia dos Estudantes, Praia do Pinhão...). The train station and bus station are a 10/15-minute walk away. Taxis are a 5-minute walk away. Note: Discounts for LONG-TERM stays (28 nights or more) during the months of October to May are only available for one person per room, and it is not allowed to receive guests, nor to organize parties or events of any nature.
