Because the house faces east, you will be treated to a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning – the perfect start to a brand new day. 🦁 We are personally animal‑friendly, but to maintain the quality of the accommodation and the comfort of all guests, we do not accept pets and strictly enforce this rule. Guest access Entire apartment for private use. Parking spaces and the first staircase are for shared use. Other things to note About the apartment The bedroom is air-conditioned for a good night's sleep. In the living room, a ceiling fan together with the natural sea breeze provides pleasant cooling – the house ventilates excellently. There is a shared parking space available, if there is no more space you can also park for free right in front of the door. 🔌 Power supply – Just so you know 🙂 Sometimes the power goes out in the area. Don't worry: we have a backup system (inverter) that keeps the most important facilities running, such as lighting, fans, WiFi and charging points. Please note that the air conditioner and refrigerator are not connected to this, but usually the power is back quickly. 🌱 Energy consumption Upon arrival and departure, we will record the meter reading together. In your stay, 15 kWh is included daily included, which is more than sufficient. Additional consumption is charged at $1 per kWh. This is how we keep it fair and sustainable.
