My Mountain Springs Airbnb private guest apt has been created with YOU in mind. I have created a space in the lower level of my home which will serve as YOUR exclusive home base for your Pagosa Springs retreat. You will love the beautiful rooms, linens, views, cozy couches and happy vibe. I have loads of creative and original art along with top end furnishings. This is an apt which I know you’ll enjoy. We are honored to share part of our home with you. Permit VR-03628 The space **** winter! You must have a 4wd vehicle for my main road and driveway. It is just safer for this area. **** The wood burning stove must be used. You can use the heat. However, the wood stove is preferred and more economical. ****hot tub! It is fickle. I will NOT guarantee that it will operate. ***pets. I will allow dogs. Keep in mind that I have two at home. My two can be very friendly. But they are dogs. Do keep your dogs off the nice linens. If they sleep with you, you’ll need to cover the sheets up with your blankets. I did create this space for humans not dogs. But, I get that dogs come too. Just do your best to take care of the space and clean up after them. Meanwhile…. Oh how I love creating spaces. The furnishings and decor in this guest suite, in the lower level of my home, are very premium furnishings, decor and artwork. Everything in this guest suite is special and serves to make your stay filled with luxury and purpose. My bedding is so high end and luxurious. You may just not want to get out of bed! It’s all from Somnvie luxury linens. I’m sure the Ritz doesn’t have this quality! I also have provided you with MONAT hair care products for you to enjoy. Plant based skin and hair care products to try and appreciate. Nothing but the best so that you can have the experience you deserve. There is so much room in my guest suite. You might even get lost! You will have plenty of room to spread out. I have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. If you need anything, I’m just a text away. The apt does have room for you and your family to stretch out. Please let me know if there is something additional which you may need. I’m happy to accommodate you. Guest access As stated, this guest suite is in my lower level of my home. This is a private and secure apt which you will have exclusively. You’ll have full access to the back yard, hot tub, lower level grill and outdoor dining. Sometimes, my dogs go down and play in the yard. They are fun, friendly and happy to let you pet them. Motorcycles! I am a motorcycle friendly home. I’ve even loaned my truck to my riding buddies to use at night. The best place to park is at the top of my drive. Less gravel. There is plenty of room to park trailers and your vehicles. I am here to accommodate you. Other things to note This is my home in rural Colorado. There is a lot of dirt, dust, NO AC, unfinished projects, Wi-Fi interruptions, black skies, stars and wildlife. In short, it might be perfect for you to escape to. Or not. I want you to know what you’re getting before you arrive. Additionally, my dogs and I live here. I do a lot of woodworking, welding and general work. I will be here creating and working. I do the best I can to respect and hold you as the priority. But, if you are looking for a secluded “no one is around” place, this may not work for you. Or it might??? Because you matter to me! ***due to factors always out of my control I will not guarantee that the Wi-Fi works, Hot tub functions or that you’ll have perfect weather. I live in a small town and stuff just doesn’t operate the way you want it to.
