A bright and spacious ground-floor apartment with its own charming entrance. A large double bedroom with generous storage and modern shower room with utility area. A comfortable and large double sofa bed in the sitting room. It has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The owners live above with children and two dogs. Easy walking distance from East Finchley underground, Ally Pally, Muswell Hill and 20mins by train into central London. The space Private self contained flat in leafy Muswell Hill, high above the busy West End and City. The flat has its own separate entrance through a gate at the side of the building and down some steps. There is a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, in addition there is a separate double bedroom both of which have beautiful quality linen. The bright well equipped kitchen with dining area has tea/ground and instant coffee/sugar provided as well as a bottle of mineral water and biscuits and fruit. The shower/wc room has a utility area if you need to do any washing. The flat is suitable for single travellers or groups of 4 friends/family members. Muswell Hill is a charming village a short 10 minute walk away where you will find many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a large Planet Organic store which sells fruit and veg, groceries etc and a range of prepared hot and cold foods, fresh juices and hot drinks. Highgate Wood, Queens Wood and the North Parkland Walk to Alexandra Palace are nearby and Hampstead Heath is also close. It is also very close the cool interesting shops in Crouch End. If you need a desk for work, there is excellent wifi and a dedicated work space in the bedroom which has a comfortable desk and chair. When you arrive you will find the keys in a keysafe on the side of the property. The keysafe is also useful if you are traveling with a companion who may have a different schedule. There is free parking on the drive and you can also park on neighbouring streets most of the day apart from between 11-1. If you would prefer I am more than happy to welcome guests in person and explain all you may need to know otherwise you can let yourself in via the keysafe. Unfortunately because of the few steps leading down to the apartment it is not suitable for anyone with significant mobility issues and we do not allow pets. Guest access The apartment is completely private and only you will have access to it. We are however available for any help you may need as we live in the house above with our children and dogs and are more than happy to help with anything.
